Job Description

Genesis Schools Cambridge International is hiring qualified and passionate teachers for its Oysterbay and Kigamboni campuses in Dar es Salaam. These teaching job opportunities cover Pre-School, Primary, and Secondary education under the Cambridge International curriculum.

The school is seeking skilled educators with strong subject knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to integrate modern teaching methods and technology into the classroom.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum
Assess and monitor student progress and academic performance
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support student development both academically and socially
Integrate ICT tools into teaching and learning processes
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
Provide additional support to students with special learning needs (where applicable)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education or relevant subject area
Teaching experience (Cambridge curriculum experience is an added advantage)
Strong communication skills in English
Passion for teaching and child development
Computer literacy and ability to use technology in teaching
For Special Needs Teachers: Recognized training in Special Education or Inclusive Education
