Key Responsibilities
- Assess credit and financial strength of large corporate, public sector, and financial institution clients
- Perform fundamental credit analysis using quantitative and qualitative factors
- Prepare credit analysis reports and assign internal credit risk ratings
- Conduct continuous portfolio monitoring, including industry trends and risk identification
- Escalate potential credit issues to Underwriters, Risk, and Banking partners
- Support Initial Credit Approvals, Transaction Approvals, Annual and Quarterly Reviews
- Participate in ad-hoc portfolio reviews, industry reviews, and stress testing
- Collaborate with regional and industry stakeholders in Banking and Risk teams
- Ensure compliance with Citibank credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Perform additional duties to support business unit goals

Requirements / Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Banking, Credit Risk Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of financial components such as liquidity and leverage
- Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow, and industry performance
- Experience in corporate, financial institutions, or public sector risk analysis is an advantage
- Advanced research and risk assessment skills
- Ability to identify and escalate credit risk issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in French is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred
