Role Purpose

The Aviation Sales Manager is responsible for driving fuel sales performance in the aviation sector, ensuring profitability, strong customer relationships, and full compliance with safety (HSSE) and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve targets: sales volume, profit margins, and revenue growth
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and customer profitability
  • Forecast sales and manage budgets

2. Customer & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation clients
  • Manage key accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Handle customer credit, reconciliation, and service delivery

3. Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business in aviation fuel markets
  • Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends
  • Support marketing campaigns and commercial strategies

4. Operations & Reporting

  • Manage CRM systems and sales processes
  • Conduct performance reviews and variance analysis
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales teams
  • Promote a high-performance and positive work culture

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to HSEQ standards
  • Minimize operational and safety risks
