Job Description

BK Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the management of financial records, contribute to accurate reporting, and help ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain balanced accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support audit processes and compliance activities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic financial reporting tools.
