Key Responsibilities
- Ensure and oversee renewal processes, achieving a minimum 90% renewal rate.
- Develop account strategies to unlock potential with key bank partners.
- Design and implement training calendars for bank partners on products and processes.
- Drive profitable business growth through new business acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate with operations departments (underwriting and claims) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Analyze channel data and advise management on actionable insights for growth.
- Follow up on all outstanding premiums through IPF, bank credits, and cancelled business.
- Prepare accurate channel reports and monitor business performance across banks.
- Align business drivers to meet all agreed service level agreements.
- Manage key account relationships through regular engagement and support.
- Prepare competitive insurance quotations and ensure prompt delivery to clients.
- Oversee tender processes and ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Participate in product development to ensure the right fit for bank partners.
- Evaluate bank partners and implement recommendations to enhance performance.
- Manage Bancassurance Relationship Executives to meet departmental goals.
- Perform delegated duties as per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Insurance specialization preferred).
- Professional insurance qualification (CII certificate or equivalent).
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry concepts and practices.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with banks to sustain business support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
