Fragrance World, a leading East African fragrance manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive the growth of our corporate client base. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, promoting high-quality fragrance products, and achieving tangible results. Using a motorcycle for mobility, you will actively engage with businesses, retail outlets, and institutions, helping to expand our market presence while representing the brand with professionalism and energy.

Field Sales Executive Vacancy Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, offices, shops, supermarkets, and institutions to introduce and sell fragrance products.
  • Conduct door-to-door and office-to-office sales visits within assigned territories using a motorcycle.
  • Present and demonstrate products, including perfumes, air fresheners, and related fragrance items.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements and supply arrangements with clients.
  • Deliver product samples and clearly explain product benefits and pricing.
  • Maintain an accurate database of potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Collect orders and coordinate with the company for product delivery.
  • Prepare and submit daily field visit and sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper brand representation and promotion during client visits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management in support of sales and market development.

Field Sales Executive job Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or product distribution is an advantage.
  • Valid motorcycle driving license with confidence riding within sales territories.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • High integrity, self-motivation, and discipline.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and record-keeping skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
