Creative Jobs Mwanza Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visual content for digital and print, including:
- Social media graphics
- Website banners
- Email templates
- Posters, flyers, and presentations
Develop logos, icons, infographics, and brand assets
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines (typography, colors, imagery)
Collaborate with marketing, media, and content teams to refine designs
Prepare final artwork for print production (CMYK, bleed, resolution standards)
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and competitor activities
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Minimum 24 months (2 years) of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout design
- Color theory
- Basic UI/UX principles
Excellent time management and ability to handle 3–5 concurrent projects
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Affinity Suite
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital ad specifications (Meta, Google Ads)
