Office Manager Vacancies  Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Administration

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including contracts and personal details.
  • Manage employee conduct and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Collaborate with local authorities and head office to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Manage site-related registration documents, ensuring timely renewals and submissions.
  • Oversee site-level insurance documentation, including applications, renewals, and payments.

Administration & Record Management

  • Oversee record keeping and filing of all company-related documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of company assets, including their location, value, supplier, warranties, and maintenance schedules.

Procurement & Resource Management

  • Manage site-level procurement, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Oversee the distribution and accountability of resources across the site.

Security & Team Leadership

  • Lead security and administrative teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Motivate and inspire team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems; experience with SAGE is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple departments.
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously while managing competing priorities.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Siha, Kilimanjaro region.
