Minimum Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
- VETA or similar technical training where applicable
- Fresh graduates can apply
- Candidates with field practice experience can apply
- Applicants from Kilimanjaro or nearby areas are encouraged
Skills Needed
- Basic technical knowledge in the related field
- Ability to follow instructions and work procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Basic safety awareness and correct use of PPE
