This role focuses on quality of service (QoS) analysis, customer complaint handling, and performance reporting in line with regulatory standards set by TCRA and UCSAF. The ideal candidate has a strong background in telecommunications, experience in network optimization, and the ability to manage customer-related performance issues effectively.
