Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance to installation and maintenance teams

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and local regulations

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Proven experience and knowledge in solar energy systems and products
Strong communication skills in English and Swahili
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Persuasive and sales-related skills are an added advantage
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and cooperative mindset
Willingness to travel within Tanzania for work-related activities
