The role focuses on improving customer experience, increasing product adoption, and driving business growth through digital channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Product Development & Management (30%) Manage daily performance and lifecycle of digital banking products and channels Support product improvements, automation, and system upgrades Monitor product usage, performance trends, and customer feedback Work with IT, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams for smooth service delivery Support digital transformation projects and compliance requirements Drive adoption and engagement across digital platforms Contribute to product strategy, planning, and budgeting Promote digital channels through campaigns, sales teams, and staff training Identify product gaps and improve customer value propositions Manage tariff guide updates, approvals, and system configurations Coordinate tariff implementation across systems and departments Maintain tariff governance, audits, and change management 2. Financial Performance & Revenue Growth (20%) Drive revenue and transaction volumes from digital channels Identify new market opportunities and target segments Ensure revenue collection, billing accuracy, and reconciliation Detect and fix revenue leakages and pricing inconsistencies 3. Customer Experience & Service Delivery (10%) Prepare reports such as call reports and monthly business reviews Maintain accurate and updated customer information across systems 4.
