Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa, is hiring a Maintenance Planner in Mbeya, Tanzania. This manufacturing and engineering role reports to the Plant Engineer and focuses on asset management, maintenance planning, predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and plant productivity.

The Maintenance Planner will provide technical leadership to improve equipment availability, maintainability, and operational efficiency at the lowest cost. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in asset management and maintenance systems
  • Deploy and support asset management strategies

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent trade qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of production engineering experience
  • Minimum 3 years at supervisory level
  • Packaging plant knowledge is an added advantage
  • PC literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MSD, and D365 F&O
