CRDB Bank is hiring a Domestic Operations Officer for its DRC Head Office within the Banking Operations Department. This banking operations role is responsible for overseeing domestic and foreign transaction processing, export licenses, tax payments, regulatory reporting, and operational compliance.

The Domestic Operations Officer will supervise the Operations Support Officer while ensuring efficient transaction management, compliance with Central Bank regulations, and adherence to internal banking policies. This position is ideal for banking professionals with expertise in finance, transaction operations, regulatory compliance, and banking systems.

This Domestic Operations Officer job in DRC offers an opportunity to work in a critical banking operations environment supporting Lubumbashi and Kinshasa operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate Operations Support Officer activities for efficient transaction processing
Oversee export license processing and related payments in compliance with Central Bank regulations (ISYS DDR)
Review and validate transfers, CREDOC payments, tax payments, inspection fees, and check remittances
Ensure reconciliation of prepayment accounts and timely revenue remittance to the public treasury
Prepare accurate daily, monthly, and regulatory operational reports
Handle complex customer inquiries, disputes, and transaction escalations
Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal operational procedures
Support audits and maintain data integrity across banking systems including T24, ISYS REGIE, SYDONIA, and ATS
Provide coaching, performance monitoring, and operational guidance to support staff

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking or financial operations experience
Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign banking transactions
Experience with regulatory compliance and operational reporting
Familiarity with banking systems such as T24, ISYS REGIE, SYDONIA, and ATS
Strong supervisory, analytical, and customer service skills
Ability to manage complex banking operations and compliance tasks
