Key Responsibilities:

Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection
Collect loan repayments according to agreed schedules
Conduct customer due diligence and maintain KYC documentation
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Handle front desk duties and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Performance Targets (KPIs):

Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement
Meet collection and repayment goals
Drive new customer acquisition
Maintain active customer portfolio

Requirements / Qualifications:
