Key Responsibilities:

Estimate and prioritize user stories and technical tasks
Design and develop software modules based on requirements
Build and deploy solutions through CI/CD pipelines
Perform unit and integration testing
Suggest improvements to user experience and system functionality
Manage technical debt and maintain code quality
Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards
Provide level 2 and level 3 incident and problem support

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in software development or systems analysis
At least 1 year of programming experience using agile frameworks

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, XML, JSON
Experience with databases like MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
Understanding of Linux operating systems
Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies
Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium)

Additional Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Preferred:

Experience in the telecommunications industry
Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or similar certification
