Key Responsibilities

  • Perfect security documents including title deeds, debentures, mortgages, guarantees, and letters of offer
  • Obtain and review valuation reports
  • Obtain and track land rent receipts
  • Monitor insurance policies and maintain updated registers for paid, expired, and pending policies
  • Maintain trackers for undisbursed loans, unperfected securities, legal income, valuation fees, unpaid fees, and pending documentation
  • Follow up with the sales team regarding pending documentation and credit matters
  • Ensure mortgages are correctly captured and booked in the system
  • Maintain proper credit file management and organization

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in credit administration, loan processing, or similar roles within a financial institution
  • Experience in loan documentation and securities perfection is an added advantage
  • Exposure to mortgage lending or property-related financing is an added advantage
  • Experience using Flexcube is an added advantage
