Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Business Growth

  • Prevent revenue leakage through proper collection of charges and commissions
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to customers

  • Maintain high customer service standards at all times
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints through CRM systems

  • Minimize queues by ensuring prompt service at counters

Learning & Development

  • Participate in continuous training and development programs
  • Comply with organizational policies, including leave management

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in branch service operations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards
