Key Responsibilities:

Prevent revenue leakage through proper collection of charges and commissions
Cross-sell bank products and services to customers
Generate and follow up on sales leads

Customer Experience

Maintain high customer service standards at all times

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in branch service operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of banking products and services
Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards
