Key Responsibilities
- Keep the Production Team Leader informed about production shift status
- Serve as a liaison between staff and the Production Team Leader
- Follow up on shift resources within the production schedule
- Review the work of the Production section team
- Ensure production equipment is maintained in satisfactory working condition
- Assist in implementing the production plan
- Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement
- Record production output during every shift
- Monitor machine speeds and operational efficiency
- Follow HSE policies and ISO procedures
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
HSE Responsibilities
- Support QHSE policies and compliance standards
- Promote health, safety, and security improvement in the workplace
- Help eliminate quality non-conformance and HSE accidents
- Support compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Contribute to creating a safe work environment and reducing operational risks
- Assist line management in handling HSE incidents and corrective actions
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Preferred experience: 5 years
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
