Job Description:

VisionFund International is seeking a qualified Impact and Partnership Officer to support social impact initiatives and strategic partnerships. With over 75 years of experience, the organization focuses on helping vulnerable children overcome poverty and improve their quality of life.

The Impact and Partnership Officer will work closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate social impact programs. The role supports the organization’s mission by aligning operations with social performance standards and ensuring measurable impact across projects and communities.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners at local and international levels
• Support development of impact strategies and annual business plans
• Create operational plans to achieve organizational impact goals
• Assist in setting performance targets and incentive programs for staff

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Oversee implementation of Client Impact Surveys twice per year
• Analyze survey data to identify client needs and recommend improvements
• Monitor outreach and social performance data across systems
• Prepare impact and social performance reports for stakeholders and board meetings
• Coordinate external evaluations, audits, and social performance assessments
• Ensure proper storage and analysis of impact data

Training and Coaching:

• Provide orientation training on impact management to staff and managers
• Guide teams on improving impact performance and data-driven decision-making
• Offer technical advice on product and service design with social impact focus
• Support field staff during client interactions and data collection

Client Focus:

• Support client protection training and awareness programs
• Engage with clients, community leaders, and stakeholders to understand needs
• Develop impact stories highlighting organizational achievements
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners on joint initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NGOs or social programs
• Experience in fundraising, reporting, and communication campaigns
• Knowledge of Universal Standards for Social and Environmental Performance Management (USSEPM)
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
