Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Relationship Management (65%)
- Grow portfolio value in line with targets through cross-selling and upselling
- Generate referral business from existing clients
- Identify and convert sales opportunities based on customer needs
- Provide tailored banking solutions and financial advice
- Maintain regular client engagement and relationship plans
- Improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Promote digital banking and alternative delivery channels
- Conduct annual and interim customer reviews
- Build strong relationships within the local business community
Business Management (30%)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage target customer lists
- Prepare and assess credit applications with support teams

- Coach and develop Business Analysts and Relationship Officers

Requirements / Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 7–10 years general banking experience
- Minimum 5 years in customer-facing roles
- At least 2 years in sales and service environment
- At least 2 years managing high-value client relationships
