Job Description:

Simba Beverages Limited is hiring 28 Regional Managers and Sales Officers across Tanzania. This is a great opportunity for professionals seeking sales jobs in Tanzania within the beverage and FMCG industry.

The roles focus on driving sales growth, expanding distribution networks, managing regional operations, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates are results-driven individuals with strong market knowledge and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive daily sales activities to achieve revenue and volume targets
Identify and recruit new wholesalers and distributors
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail and wholesale outlets
Execute trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns
Prepare and submit accurate sales and market reports
Manage company resources efficiently and professionally

Requirements / Qualifications:

Experience

Regional Managers: 10–15 years of experience
Sales Officers: 3–5 years of experience
Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is an added advantage

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (required for Regional Managers)

Skills & Competencies

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Good understanding of assigned regional markets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet targets and work in a competitive environment
