The Reservations Manager will oversee booking operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless reservation process for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the reservations and booking process
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Train and coach team members on reservation systems and procedures
Monitor booking accuracy and optimize reservation workflows
Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements / Qualifications:

Proven experience in reservations management or booking systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in sales, upselling, and cross-selling
Ability to train and mentor team members
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in reservation or booking software is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
Fluency in English (additional languages are an added advantage)
