Tanganyika Instant Coffee Co. Ltd (TANICA), a leading instant coffee producer in Tanzania operating since 1963, is hiring a qualified Sales Driver to support logistics, product distribution, and mobile sales activities.

This Sales Driver job in Bukoba, Kagera Region involves transporting company products, supporting field sales operations, and ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods and staff. The role combines driving, logistics support, and customer interaction during sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Transport company products and materials safely to designated locations
• Ensure safety and security of goods and passengers during transport
• Support mobile sales and respond to client inquiries during field operations
• Transport staff and materials as instructed by the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Report accidents, damages, or incidents immediately to management
• Maintain accurate travel logs including routes, mileage, and working hours
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Form IV (Secondary Education Certificate)
• Driving certificate from a recognized training institution
• Certificate in a business-related field (added advantage)
• Valid Class “E” driving license
• Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience
• Clean driving record with no accidents
• Strong discipline, reliability, and customer service skills
