Key Responsibilities

Safe Transport Operations

Transport employees to approved destinations using company vehicles
Ensure passenger safety at all times during travel

Safety and Compliance

Identify, report, and address hazards on route and at workplaces
Maintain zero incident and report any accidents immediately
Ensure full compliance with PPE requirements at all times
Follow all traffic laws and company Standard Operating Procedures
Adhere to emergency procedures and risk management guidelines

Vehicle and Operational Duties

Conduct pre-start vehicle inspections before trips
Perform housekeeping activities before and after each trip
Maintain proper loading and unloading of luggage
Ensure correct manual handling and lifting procedures
Complete accurate reports and submit on time
Carry out shift handover and review processes

Requirements / Qualifications

Ordinary Level Secondary Education Certificate
Passenger Service Vehicle Certification
Valid Class C National Driving License (Light Vehicle License M Code C)
Minimum 1 year driving experience transporting passengers (manual and automatic vehicles/minibus)
Knowledge of health and safety procedures and traffic regulations
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills in English and Swahili
Time management and punctuality skills
Ability to identify hazards and assess risk
Experience in customer service and conflict handling is an advantage
