Job Overview
Tanzania Glory is hiring a Sales Representative in Dar es Salaam to promote and sell building materials, including Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Silicone Sealants.
The role involves working with contractors, real estate developers, and distributors while managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and payment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients across Tanzania
- Promote and sell products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide after-sales support and client follow-up
- Prepare sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the management team when required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials
- Fluent in English and Swahili (spoken and written)
- Basic Chinese language skills are an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Valid driving license or own transport is preferred
